Microscale CDM Biogas Program of WORD

WORD is implementing Microscale CDM Biogas Program in Namakkal District in Tamilnadu, India. 

  

This project is being implemented with the Emission Reduction and Purchase Agreement between WORD and EWDE-Germany and the technical support from Fair Climate Network. Under this program, WORD would build 1600 domestic biogas units to reduce the emissions of Green House Gases. 

Std X Students from our Residential Home

Five of our children from the residential home, who have appeared the 10^th standard Public Examination in April 2016, have passed in Ist Class. They are all the first generation from their respective families to do so. Thanks for Terre des Hommes, Netherlands for the financial support for running the Residential Home for Children in Namakkal as part of Project Blooming Buds. 

So far 227 children have been benefitted through this Residential Home with the support of Terre des Hommes, Netherlands.  

We thank the management and faculties of SBM Higher Secondary School for all their untiring efforts in bringing our children to achieve this important educational milestone.
